We have been closely monitoring the situation and have been enacting guidelines set by our local government and extra precautions to ensure the safety of all. There is a growing global and local concern around COVID-19 and we are doing our best to assist our health care system by flattening the curve and protecting our customers. Though Alberta has relatively few cases and risk of contracting the virus remains low, we are supportive of the recommended measures to reduce the spread of the Corona Virus.
To our clients and brokers: if you are feeling sick or unwell, or if you have traveled in the last 14 days, please self isolate. Call the office, and we will reschedule your appointment or process your application over the phone/email. All travelers, especially any travel by air, should self isolate completely for a minimum of 14 days.
Just like you, we are doing the best that we can to navigate these uncertain times as they continue to evolve. We are prepared to take further steps to help combat this situation. In the time being, we are offering our support, flexibility, and understanding to help manage everyone’s health and peace of mind.
