Amar has been a mortgage broker since 2004. Over the years, Amar noted that there was a huge divide between those who could get approved for a mortgage and those who could not. He concluded that the main contributing factor to this was an individual’s credit score. Through his commitment to helping unlock everyone’s home ownership potential, Amar found a way to help both those who qualify for traditional home financing, and those who do not. Along with mortgage brokering, Amar is a credit counselor licensed with the govt. of Alberta. He works closely with those clients who have bruised credit, require 2nd mortgages, and unique income situations. Amar also specializes in multi-unit housing, and commercial financing.
